Administrative Operations Coordinator

Position

We are looking for an Administrative Operations Coordinator for our Doha International Airport.

Missions

Daily Operations Management

  • Responsible to manage airport passes and keep track of the validity of documents in the Doha airport system
  • Responsible to collect and save the documents of new employees
  • Coordinate with PRO to process new employees QID(Qatar Id) & Visa
  • Assist branch manager in the preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports related to employee’s attendance, annual leave, sick leave, absence, shift adjustment, spa sales, and operations
  • Perform manual inventory checks and assist in preparing inventory reports
  • Produce and distribute internal communications, letters, and forms
  • Make orders of spa supplies & stationery based on the request received from the Branch Manager
  • Manage the stock and transfer the products as per the shift leader’s requirement
  • Communicate frequently with suppliers to maintain a healthy relationship
  • Coordinate and follow-up with printing office to deliver posters & banners for the brand promotion
  • Take accurate minutes of the meeting
  • Responsible to renew licenses, business permits, contracts, and Insurances

Profile

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant Secretary, Admin Officer
