ADELINE MOYA - BRANCH MANAGER

Could you describe us your professionel pathway?

As a student at the ESSEC Business School, I made several internships in the cosmetic industry : marketing research for a German company, operational marketing & sales at a Parisian Department Store in the Beauty dpt.

These experiences have definitely strenghtened my attraction for the retail and the service industry.

I also shouldn't forget to mention that I had a very strong will to start my career abroad, after having experienced a semester in Italy during my studies.

What is your job at Be Relax ?

I am a Branch Manger at Frankfurt Airport and I run 3 Be Relax stores. My mission is to make everything I can to develop the branch. This goes from HR management, commercial training, logistics, to cost control, Airport, or Patnership development.

What do you like most about Be Relax ?

I really appreciate the autonomy and the responsibilities I have. Missions are diverse and I must say I am very lucky to work in the wellness Industry that I absolutely love ! Decisions made have an immediate effect on the activity. I love the pace.
Last, working in a young and thriving company makes the whole experience a very fun one !

CLARE DA SILVA - SPA MANAGER

What do you prefer in your position as a Spa manager ?

My greatest motivation as a manager is really to transfer my knowledge and the passion for my job to other people, newcomers as well as the experienced ones. On top of that, to work within a team, and keep a good atmosphere in it are also enjoyable duties.

What is your best memory in the company ?

In 2008, when Be Relax reached the second place at the Frankfurt airport challenge “ELECTION OF THE BEST SERVICE SUPPLIER AT AIRPORT”, I was so happy, it meant a lot to me. Especially because I did my best at work and it paid off. As a reward for my sales, I got a 3000€ flight ticket offered by the airport, that was awesome !

How do you see yourself in one year ?

I hope I´ll be able to embrace Be Relax´s expansion and participate in the opening of new stores, providing the training to all the new staff for example, which in the case of an opening will be particularly intense.
 I like challenges !

Something to tell the other Be Relax beauty therapists that would like to join the company ?

The best advice I could give is “ love your job”,  always give the best you can, and always improve your skills, that´s the best way into self-accomplishment and happiness. Because doing so you will always be rewarded.  I´d also add this: the person who stops trying to be better, also stopped to be good.
